1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms of use (“ToU”) govern access to and use of the website published by Hannah Ibawi RH (“we”, “the firm”), including when users create an account, view content, send information or use features.
Using the site and its services means you accept these ToU without reservation. Account creation (candidate or recruiter) requires express prior acceptance of these ToU and the disclaimer. Refusal prevents account creation, as enforced on registration forms.
2. Publisher
The site is published by Hannah Ibawi RH, a recruitment and HR consulting firm. Contact details (address, email, phone) are on the Contact page. For questions about these ToU or the site, write to the address shown there.
3. Online services
The site presents the firm’s activities, job information and services, and facilitates contact with candidates and recruiters. Depending on features enabled, it may offer:
- browsing of information and professional content;
- contact or application forms;
- Candidate area: account creation, profile management, applications and tracking as defined by the firm;
- Recruiter area: account creation and job postings subject to validation, as described on the site;
- online assessment tools or dedicated areas when open and on terms set by the firm.
Services are provided within technical limits. The firm may change features, site structure or requirements (browser, security); users should review these ToU regularly.
4. Accounts and user obligations
4.1 Opening an account
Anyone seeking an account (candidate or recruiter) must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Creating an account for someone else without authority, impersonation or fraudulent data is prohibited.
Registration is only valid after mandatory acceptance of these ToU and the disclaimer. The corresponding checkboxes on the registration form record that acceptance. Without both, the system refuses account creation.
4.2 Credentials and security
Users are responsible for keeping login details and passwords confidential. Activity under an account is presumed to be the user’s unless compromise is reported promptly to the firm. If credentials are lost or misuse is suspected, users must change their password and contact us.
4.3 Prohibited conduct
Users must not use the site or accounts to: infringe third-party rights; publish unlawful, defamatory, hateful or offensive content; attempt unauthorised access to systems, data or others’ accounts; disrupt the site (attacks, overload, malware); extract data at scale without permission (abusive scraping); or use the site for purposes inconsistent with its professional purpose.
The firm may suspend or delete accounts and refuse access for serious breaches of these ToU or applicable law.
5. Content and intellectual property
Site elements (texts, graphics, logos, layout, photos, videos, databases, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law. Unless stated otherwise or expressly authorised in writing, reproduction, representation, adaptation or distribution other than strictly private use permitted by law is prohibited.
Trademarks cited belong to their owners. User-provided content (CVs, letters, descriptions) remains their property; by submitting it, users authorise the firm to use it strictly for recruitment, assessment or request handling, per the privacy policy and data protection rules.
6. Personal data
Processing via the site (registration, applications, contact, cookies where used, etc.) complies with the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and other applicable law.
Purposes, legal bases, retention, recipients, rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, complaint to a supervisory authority) and contact details are set out in the privacy policy. Notices at collection (forms, logged-in areas) specify what is needed for each processing. Users should only send data necessary for their request.
7. Liability
The firm strives to keep the site reasonably accessible and secure. It cannot be held liable for temporary outages, bugs, maintenance, force majeure, or failures outside its control (network, host, third-party equipment).
Users use the site at their own risk. Information is indicative and professional; it does not bind contractually until a separate agreement is signed. For limits on recruitment outcomes, postings and content, see also the disclaimer.
8. Hyperlinks
The site may link to third-party sites. The firm does not control them and disclaims liability for their content or policies. Access is at the user’s sole risk.
9. Changes to these ToU
These ToU may be updated at any time. The last updated date appears at the top. Users should check them regularly. New registrations are subject to the version in force at registration. For existing accounts, material changes may be notified by email or on the site where required by law.
10. Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these ToU are governed by the law indicated by the firm (depending on where operations are principally based). Parties will seek an amicable solution before litigation. Failing that, courts of competent jurisdiction apply.
